New York Times and Amazon to launch a ‘Silencer Shop’
New York-based Amazon has announced plans to launch an online marketplace for gun silencers and suppressors, aimed at helping consumers make informed purchasing decisions.
The online store, which has been dubbed “NYSE” (the New York Stock Exchange), will be launched later this year.
The company, which was founded by Sam Boulware, founder of the popular online retailer Amazon, said that the online store will feature a range of products ranging from gun silencer accessories to gun accessories for hunting and hunting sports.
It will be based on the Amazon Marketplace platform and will provide sellers with an online platform for selling guns and ammunition.
Boulware said that Amazon has created a platform for consumers to share and purchase their guns and accessories.
“We believe this new platform will help the gun industry become more inclusive, as well as make it easier for consumers and sellers to connect with each other,” Boulwer said in a statement.
“As one of the largest online retailers, Amazon will be able to provide an online shopping platform that consumers can use to find products, products, and services that fit their needs.”
New York Times, which is owned by Univision and which was acquired by Bloomberg in 2014, is owned in part by Time Warner, and operates in nine markets including New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.
